🤖 What’s in Store for Your Young Innovator? 🕸️

🕷️ Build a Lego Wedo2 Robotic Spider: Watch amazement light up in your child’s eyes as they use the Lego WeDo2 kits to build a robotic spider and then bring it to life with code! We will learn the ins and outs of robotics engineering, from assembling the mechanical marvel to understanding the intricacies of its movements.

🪰 Code for Success: The adventure doesn’t stop at building – it’s only just beginning! Your child will dive into the world of coding, mastering the art of programming their SpiderBot to skillfully catch flies in its meticulously crafted web. They’ll explore programming concepts in a fun and interactive way.

🎯 The Fly-catching Challenge: Let the excitement reach its peak as participants put their SpiderBots to the ultimate test! In a friendly competition, young engineers will showcase their coding prowess by programming their spiders to catch the flies caught in their webs as swiftly as possible. It’s a race against time and a true test of innovation!

🧠 Critical Thinking and Teamwork: Beyond robotics and coding, the SpiderBot Challenge nurtures essential life skills. Through collaborative problem-solving, creative thinking, and teamwork, your child will gain confidence and a sense of accomplishment that extends far beyond the holiday club.  They will make new friends and most importantly have lots of FUN!

Please ensure your child brings with them a water bottle and packed lunch/snacks for the morning.
